It's not normal, unless you do hard physical labour or have a disorder of some kind. Then you need a hot bath and a massage or a doctor. I'm 46 and I feel fine. You have to put a bit of effort into it. I do yoga, but any stretching does wonders. You have to watch what you eat and the substances you consume. So many people know this but just continue on their merry ways, doing the same things that are killing them and popping a few more pills. So, unless you have some disease like arthritis or Lyme's disease, it's the same old stuff ... eat well, get enough exercise and sleep and generally take care of yourself.

you need to slowly exercise your body even though it hurts. If you sit or lay a lot you are making it worse . Try to walk slowly get your body moving, You will get stiff muscles if you don't. Taking Tylenol or something like it will help.
