I don't think most pro-choice people would say the fetus isn't living. It is obviously living; the argument is when the soul enters the body, and nobody knows, so we really can't argue about that, can we?

It's good that you have done research, but one thing you haven't researched is putting yourself in other people's shoes. It's easy to make rash judgements when you have lived a comfortable, safe life, maybe like you and I have. But how can we ever really understand the many situations some women have lived with that lead them to abortion as a choice? To write someone off as a murdered who is completely hopeless shows a lack of compassion and maturity that is as bad as aborting a fetus, in my mind.

If you are under 18 do not have sex then you won't get pregnant...that is simple enough

If you do not have any money either do not have sex or use every means of birth control you can find on the market and there is a lot out there

If you do not have health insurance to get prenatal care for you and your baby...do not have sex or use every means of birth control

There is too many lame excuses for people to have abortions besides being raped.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT A BABY DO NOT HAVE SEX OR USE ALL METHODS OF BIRTH CONTROL THEN YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT KILLING THE BABY AND IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 THEN YOU ARE A CHILD YOURSELF AND SHOULD NOT BE HAVING SEX IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Yeah it may be your body but be responsible with your body and prevent a pregnancy you do not want...if you can have sex then by all means you can deal with the outcome of sex...baby, STDs and AIDS.

Next thing people will start cutting off their genitals when they catch an STD or AIDS just because they cannot use a little bit of knowledge and common sense to use some protection or not have sex.

Abortion is getting way out of hand and whoever came up with this concept needs to be put away.

As much as I don't have a problem with you having your own beliefs and respects toward certain things I do have a problem with you trying to voice your opinion on other people.

But as much as I am pro-choice I strongly criticize women who use abortion as a form of birth control. You're right in the respect that you never know what a child could grow up to be but there're other reasons like health issues, financial issues and religious issues which could affect a woman's decision on the issue.

What the girl used all the proper percautions for safe sex and the condom broke and she got pregnant. Im sorry not everyone can live in a world where if they got pregnant they could have it, raise it, and work and pay bills. Maybe some girls cant take care of the child, and they dont want to risk bonding with their child, carrying it, and giving it up for adoption.

i agree with you in a way yeah i think when your 16 weeks pregnant than abortion is wrong. its a baby by the second trimester my son was kicking me at 16 weeks. but i also beleave in abortions to but only in the early weeks of pregnancy when it is still cells.i had a abortion i was 6 weeks pregnant i was 15 years old made a mistake used protection on birth control pills took them correctly everyday my mom made sure of that one but still got pregnant . i was very young i didnt want my mom to have to take care of my child so yes my decision was right for me everybody has there own opionions and people should have there own opionions you shouldnt be putting people down for what they beleave.

For your answerers information, I was raped, and despite the HORRIBLE way my child was concieved, I firmly believe if God wanted him here enough to have him come from such a horrible situation...then he's must be a truly exceptional child. I made the decision to have my baby. Not that there was another option for me. It's a child, not a choice. He's three now and is proving to be the best decision I've ever made. Rape or no rape...that's a cop out.
