When I got burned ever since I was a little kid, my mother would always run outside and pick some fresh Aloevera leaves and cut them open to release the natural gel within them. It is the best natural and most relieving remedy I can think of. You can go buy some alovera gel in a drugstore if you don't have the alovera plant. The following link shows a picture of an alovera plant:

It is super effective!

Good luck and hope you feel better.

Cold water. That relieves pain, minimizes the damage, and makes certain that the injured skin is clean.

Infection is always a later possibility with burns, it is not a good idea to use Vaseline, since that excludes air and therefore promotes infection.

If the pain continues consider seeing your doctor or at least visiting a pharmacy.

I kid you not, tomato paste. My husband is from the Middle east and when I seen him do this the first time I thought he'd lost his mind. A few months later I got a burn and he convinced me to try it. It took the pain away in seconds and healed very quickly. The acid in tomatoes is considered a very old remedy there.

Run cold water on the burn for a minute or so, and apply aloe vera gel every hour (or as often as you want).

Aloe Vera does the job, either a real one, or in a gel form.
