iS THIs right?

Try the top link, the realtek audio drivers. If this doesn't work, IM me on cappii01 (i'm invisible, but here) and i'll try to help you further.

If you have a printer called HP Deskjet, model 642C or 648C, this proably is the software that your computer uses to talk to your printer, you can go ahead and ingnore it.
