we work at the same place. we see each other 5 times a week and she doesn't want to go out anymore. Is it because she's getting tired of seeing me everyday or is it a sign that she wants to break up with me?

There are a couple of different things...

1) could be really tired from work
2) she does want to break up from seeing SOO much of you
3) maybe you could just suggest renting some movies and chillin out at your place or hers.. (hers would be better) so that she don't have to go out and if she rejects this offer maybe she wants to break up...
just be up front and ask her so you can get on with your life so she doesn't keep you wondering all the time..

It could be one of the three or all of them. If you two still spend time together, say at home, then it shouldn't be a problem. Its kind of like being in school. If it were 365 day a year you would go mad lookin and talking to the same people everyday. I dont know to much about you two. But I think you have nothing to worry about.

you don't give many details to work with but... honestly maybe she is sick of the places you go, can you not go out to the same places, can you just kick it at home watching movies or playing cards, bored games, just cuddling or making out on the couch not pushing her further than she is willing to go of course. You don't have to go "out" to be a couple. Try this or just talk to her see what it is she wants. It could be hormones also, if she's PMSing or pregnant we tend to want to rest and not go anywhere also.

just come out and ask her if she is getting tired of being together. Ask her if it would matter if you go out with friends. Sounds like maybe both of you need to do other activities to keep the romance alive. I'm sure all will work out. Life's too short enjoy.

Try asking her out to a romantic setting. Our lives sometimes seems to revolve around work and going to the movies. Why don't you take her somewhere neither of you have been before. Or find out if she's wanted to go somewhere in particular and take her there.

Maybe she doesn't think you care anymore or shes trying to break up, either way, the smart thing to do is buy a bouquet of flowers for her!

I think it's more a thing that she doesn't want to spend all of her free time with you. Everyone needs a little space.

JUST ASK HER IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIP. BETTER TO KNOW NOW THEN GETTING DUMPED BIGTIME OR BEING CHEATED ON. MAYBE SHE JUST WANTS TO STAY HOME WITH YOU ALONE INSTEAD OF GOING OUT ALL THE TIME?

suprise her, make dinner for her, get off work early by saying you "sick" and go to her house and fix up a nice, big, healthy *always good* dinner for you two... candles and all. wait till she comes home and notices what you did... that should work like a char ;].
