My breast are usually rounder, plumper and perky during my period.
My bleeding is so heavy sometimes that even when wearing a pad for 10-15 minutes i bleed through.

Alot of women pass clots when they're on their period. Everything you described sounds pretty normal. Everyone is different, but i wouldn't worry about it. For the backache, since medicine doesn't help, you could try a hot water bottle or heating pad. if you're into aromatherapy, then you could try this:

1oz. sweet almond oil
15 drops peppermint oil
10 drops cypress oil
5 drops lavender oil

Mix well and gently massage into
abdominal area.

Sounds like the periods I used to have. You don't mention if you're on birth control... you may want to check with your ob/gyn as there are a few different types of birth control that also can lighten your periods significantly.

That's okay. The clumps of blood, I assume they're very dark in color? That's normal, too. Perhaps you should talk to your doctor about taking birth control to ease the severity of your pain. It does help a lot.

That is PMS. I would talk to your doctor about your period. I think that you should bring up birth control. That can help with your heavy periods.

when you have clumps of blood, that means you have a blot clot, that could be VERY dangerous, even deadly, so PLEASE get it checked out by a doctor
