Random Lessons I Learnt, Or Re-Learnt, On 18 August 2006
a. If someone you thought was a complete ******** calls you suddenly after six years, it's entirely possible for this person to be every bit as complete an ******** as they were six years ago.
b. Never post a question on Y!A in its 'right' category, it will not get answered. The basic rule for getting a good response: dump everything in Polls & Surveys, OR put it in a category as far away as possible from the real subject matter, e.g. questions about oral sex should go in Consumer Electronics.
(c) There are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on every beach on Planet Earth, combined.
(d) Never run dangerously low on instant coffee in your kitchen. Two o'clock in the morning is no time to be looking in your jar and seeing its gleaming, empty bottom mocking you.

Not really new but a refreshing memory,
"never let someone wait for you, if you had an appointment"
