Urine pregnancy test dectect the level of hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) in your urine to determine whether you are pregnant or not. The production of hCG can be detected in urine about 26 days after conception, but like I said before, all of the OTC test are made differently so it depends on which test you have.
If you believe you might be pregnant you can always make a doctors appointment to have the blood work done and be able to find out sooner than waiting until your first missed period. The production of hCG in the blood can be detected as early as 6 days after conception or about 20 days since your last period.

Depending on when you had the unprotected sex, you could take a pg test it usually show up until like one to two weeks after you had sex, next time just use protection

i think it should be a ppt or something like that but see a doctor to be sure cuz i dont think so...no wait!! there is one that tells you but i dont know the name of it ..sorry
