Just wondering.

I don't know if the teacher will have a
set or not and am aware of how much
they usually go for, but I just wanted to
know before I go to school and ask
in front of a bunch of morons.

You will need one, but chances are (at least this was the way it was at my school) the teacher will distribute a form at the beginning of the year that gives you the option of getting a "loaner" that you can borrow from the school for the duration of the class.

If your school doesn't do that, you should buy your own graphing calculator. Your teacher will most likely have a set that you can use during class time, but what will you use to complete your homework? Luckily you should be able to purchase a perfectly capable calculator for about $75-$90.

Good luck with geometry!
