My brother is 21 years old and in pretty good shape. The only problem is is that he is bald and his hair wont grow back. His girlfriend a few years ago was studying to be a hairdresser and shave his head but it never grew back. Is there something wrong with him?

Tell him to see a dermatologist. He might have treatable alopecia (medically caused baldness)

I would say for your brother to go to the doctor and get checked. That doesn't sound normal. Is he stressed out? If he's 21 now and his girlfriend shaved him a few years ago, he should still be growing his hair back. I would get checked if I were him.

His girlfriend should study to be something else; Check it out, hairdressers cut hair don't they, maybe all her customers will go bald!!!!

Did scar tissue form in that area? (ie. did she accidently cut him there...deep enough?)
