I'm getting sick and tired of looking for a business in a specific town, only to realize that the business might be several hundred miles away and they're not there locally, although they advertise it as a local business.

How about a site that will show you results equal to a local yellow page book?

To Ron:

Your link isn't any better.

To be more specific, I'm looking for a storage facility in or around Watertown, NY. But seems like any results, while showing them as local, are as much as several hundred miles away. I don't want to have to go to Syracuse or Buffalo, I prefer to stay close to Watertown as possible.

I use Yahoo Yellow Pages several times a day. The trick to it is there are "sponsored listings." You can either click through all of them to get to the "All businesses" listing OR you can click the "all businesses link at the top of the "sponsored listings."

I'm going to paste a link below that should send you where you want to go.

Hmm, when I use Yahoo Yellow Pages, I find lots of things that are local to my town. I always make sure that the location is changed to MY town and I've not left it to the last distant location I checked on something, like, when I checked for Yahoo! in Sunnyvale, CA, I changed it back to my town.
Also, when you go in to do that, make sure you cut down on the distance from that it asks you, because you can do that and it won't check those great distances.
