That's an interesting question...I don't believe that they should receive any leniency. In the same way I don't think murderers or rapist should.

No. In the US, churches have no special legal status as sanctuaries compared to any other organization.

yes he/she does.Why only a terrorist criminals in general.But this does not mean the church supports criminals.Rather if he/she is known,the church will make him/or her to confese his/her sin and become a healthy citizen.
