its where u pick players (usually in a draft format) that u think will do good and u get points based on how they play. There are also some salary cap leagues where u pick guys and u have to stay under a certain amount of money

U draft players that R good. When the season starts U take their stats of that week and try to get the best stats then the person your playing.
