Michael J. Fox is the actor who played the character Marty McFly in the three Back to the Future movies. But if you want to get tricky about it, another actor, Eric Stoltz, was cast as Marty in the first film and actually shot a significant number of scenes before he was fired for some reason or another, and was replaced by Fox:
