I've lived there for years and after about a week it begins to get depressing. It's horribly overpriced, all the stores sell the same merchandise, the workers speak little to no English, and people don't seem to think on vacation so that leads to many accidents. I was so thankful for the day I turned 21 but then that sucked because all the FIBs get louder with alcohol. So why do people come to this place year after year.

Cause its a fun place to visit (I did so in 2000)
But I wouldn't want to live there.
I have never seen so many water parks and slides etc per square mile in my life!!!!!!!

It's a nice place to get away to and very family oriented. Of course it would be boring if you live there, it's like that anywhere you live. Compared to other vacation spots it's not over priced at all.

i don't see the appeal in the place and i've never heard of it, so i am assuming that they heard of it at another stupid sounding place.
