Have to mention What's Up, Doc? written by the great Buck Henry.
It has ALL the classic bits (four identical suitcases), a uber-car chase in San Fransicso (down Lombard St., of course), great character actors ... and pre-obnoxious barbara...

After the movie Love Story Ryan O'Neal was the main man.

At the end of What's Up, Doc? Barbara Streisand says "love means never having to say you're sorry".

And Ryan says, "that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard."

Brilliant!

The funniest scene EVER is in "The Court Jester," where Danny Kaye (masquerading as Giacomo, an assassin-for-hire) is about to fight a joust (against the "grim, gruesome, and grisly" Sir Griswold), and has to remember which of the two cups of wine on the ceremonial tray has been poisoned. Remember:

"The pellet with the poison's in the vessle with the pestle; the chalice from the palace has the brew that is true...!"

The beginning scene in It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World....When Jimmy Durante kicks the bucket. Probably one of the funniest movies ever made. Literally nonstop laughs.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail- all of it.

Pirates of Penzance- the end when the major general is dancing around and the pirates are stalking him/when Maybelle is doing her solo thing in the end and shes swatting away Fredreck and he wants to go

Lord of the Rings (i forgot which one)- Gimli and Legolas are counting how many orcs they kill. Legolas just downed an Oliphant in purely elven style, slidingf down the trunk as it falls, and Gimli says "That still only counts as one!"

Worf's references to prune juice/ when he has to play with Alexander.

How it all started: "Puny humans, Trix are for Klingons!"

I dont get out much.

The mudslide scene in Romancing the Stone.
Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner sliding down a mudslide and landing in a mud hole. He landed between her legs and obviously thought he picked a good place to land.
She wasn't so sure about it.

Oh...I can't think of the movie, was it the first "Vacation" with Chevy Chase? When he shoots the bear and the bear turns around at the door and half his butt hair is missing. (I know, pathetic, but I was little then.)
The American Pie movies have some pretty funny scenes, too.

"Meet the father and mom" whilst Ben Stiller uncorks the champagne, and the cork flies around the room, hits the urn containing the ashes of Jack's mom, comes crashing to the floor, and then the cat makes use of the cremains as a muddle container.
