What features can I add to my site to make it more fun and useful?

The site is a drawing site that allows you to use a webcam image as a backdrop, however I would like to add more features to it and smooth out the interface somewhat.

What recommendations do you have for my site?

1. make pics bigger
2. add animation
3. add hover images... where when you hover over a link, it changes or something.
4. search for myspace stuff and youll find the above
