Those white blisters, are called canker sores. They can come from too much citric acid in your diet, and even as the result of bumping your mouth with your toothbrush while brushing, resulting in that sore spot that burns like crazy. There is a product available in drug stores, called "Lactinex Granules"; They are available over the counter and will help get rid of them. There is also a product called "CankAid" which will help with pain relief, much like OraJel, etc. does.

Cancer sores. This will help get some may-lox and some liquid benadrill mix them 1/2 and 1/2 . Rinse your mouth 3 times a day with this mix. This will all so numb your mouth some.

If they're inside the mouth, they're canker sores and nobody really knows what causes them. They used to think they were caused by bacteria or a virus that we all carry all the time and they just flared up when our immunity was down for some reason, but I read recently that that theory has been debunked.

stress, not brushing your teeth, biting your cheek....they're called herpes even though they are not necessarily sexually transmitted.
They can also be hereditary

Drug stores are full of medications to use to numb the pain and make them disappear.
