You probably could, but why would you want to? There is a reason the two of you broke up, so that reason is still there, and alaways will be. Best to cut the ties, and move on. You can, of course, be civil.

Well if you don't have the same feelings, i mean if you don't love him anymore, than ok. But let me tell you one thing, you dated, than you broke up, so things can never be the same. You might can stay friends with him, but other boys/girls don't like this, so how are you going to make new bf/gf? Or find someone you love?
