Because you need to survive. Losing even 4% of your body fluid through regular dehydration is enough to impair your body's ability to do pretty much everything.

Water is the single most vital component to human survival. We can survive a maximum of 2 days without water. But atleast a week/2 without food.

Your brain needs water, all the cells in your body need to remain hydrated to facilitate smooth reactions that keep your body running like it does.

Plus your body produces loads of toxins each day as by products of reactions and processes in your body. These can manifest themselves as liver/kidney damage, illnesses and most commonly in about 80% of people - 'Bad Skin' - So drinking a lot of water next to the utter importance of KEEPING YOU ALIVE - keeps your system clean and your blood pure of all impurities.

And least importantly on a superficial level it keeps you looking good by keeping your skin: healthy, hydrated, clear and maintains its elasticity.

Drink a minimum of 8 Glasses a day - even when you're not feeling particularly thirsty. Informed scientific guidelines reccommend carrying a water bottle and sipping every 15 minutes.

Your body needs the water to help cleanse it.
You will benefit by being healthier long term.
Just try it for a week and see if you notice a
diffence. Just drink about 6 to 8 glasses a day.
Don't forget to eat 3 meals a day and exercise to this also is
a great way to promote the best you can be.

Drinking water helps keep your body hydrated, in addition to flushing out toxins in your system. Also great if you are trying to lose weight, as drinking a lot of water helps you feel more full at meals, inclining you to eat less.

* You lose a lot of water through breathing, peeing and sweating. You need to replenish the water (see point 1).

* Lower risk of kidney stones, joint damage, and constipation.

* You will feel better. Well hydrated mucous membranes are better fending of invading micro-organisms, and you will stay healthier. Also, urination is the body's way of getting rid of toxins, so more pee equals less bad stuff in your system.

an increased intake of healthy water will greatly enhance digestion‚ nutrient absorption‚ skin hydration‚ detoxification and virtually every aspect of better health!

drinking lots of water can help with back pain, hypertension, arthritis, asthma, morning sickness. all of these are more painfull the more dehydrated you are.

No benifits. You should drink a specific amoun of water a day, I think around four-five cups average, too much more will waterlog you(bad) and too much less would dehydrate you(also bad).

Just drink what you feel your body tells you too, and that's for the best.

cleanses out your system.. also drinking cold water burns calories while adding none.. and water weight is really really easy to lose.. and like i said it has no ingredients other than water.. it also hydrates your skin and muscles and cools your body better than a dehydrated person.. it keeps you alive

your kidney will be better than others... but at the same time if u drink too much water then u have to face some kidney problem aswell.
