I like the one you have, but you just go and to 'edit profile", click your avitar, and change your outfit, hairstyle, background, and click "save". You'll get your new one.

Click on the picture of your avitar witch will normally come up when you go to mail.

Go to avatars.yahoo.com and change it. Then it should automatically update on Yahoo! Answers.
