Alright, I'm a secretary at my work place. The outfit I wear as a uniform is a navy short skirt, a blouse and a navy coat (like air-hostesses). Today I found a little camera hidden under my desk facing directly to my knees, or between them. A red light on it was on, probably indicating that a cam was on. What makes things worse is that sometimes I don't wear my underwear. I believe that someone at work is voyeuring at me, and has probably been doing it for sometime now. I'm angry, but at the same time if I blow it up I might lose my job should the cam belong to my boss. What should I do?

This is definately a crime, boss or not. I think you should talk to a lawyer. They love this stuff and you maybe able to get money back for the embarrassment big time. its up to you if you want to pursue it, you can always get another job. You can also report it to the police. Don't feel bad, you are the who is being hurt here.

That needs to be reported ASAP, if not sooner!!! How horrible is that. Even if the camera does belong to your boss, you would have a major law suit on your hands if 1.) you did find out that that was his, and 2.) if he fired you for confronting him about it. You really have nothing to lose here if you report it. Before you do though, you may want to find some way to get some evidence... take a picture of the camera and where it is positioned. But please act on this!!

i would take it off and take it to the local police and let them handle it from there don't let your boss know b/c he will probably get rid of the evidence or you can call the cops to come to your work that might be better

You have to decide if the job is worth prostituting yourself for, which is exactly what you'll be doing if you don't put a stop to this. Have the perv put in jail.

call the police that should be a criminal act and a lawsuit
better than the lottery cause it didn't even cost a dollar and you can still sue no matter who put it there

It doesn't matter if you lose you job.. you need to get to the bottom of it... someone has been preying on you and it needs to be addressed
