No, I don't think so. I was 12 when I did that the first time, and mine grew to a little over 6" long (which is the average). Don't get carried away with masturbation, because I think it will decrease your penis's sensitivity somewhat and possibly reduce the sensation you get from sex when you get older (that's what I read, anyway). Try not to do it more than once a day, and take a break every few days to rest. Also, keep a light grip (do not squeeze much) and do not use soap (lotion works well).

no growth of penis does not depend upon masterbation or release of sperm it is aa normal phenomenon in pubertal males so don't worry
