I'm almost afraid to ask, but I was driving past this business the other day and was a little shocked by both the "custom killing" and the frightened pig on the sign. Here is a picture of the sign:

What do they mean by custom killing?

A process where the animal is supposed to be slaughtered by the utmost hygenic way. The frightened animal is just to show it a bit amusing, and perhaps the shop owner had a sarcastic humorous side.
