What was the issue? How did it happen? Did you come to regret any of your decisions?

I'm not talking about cheating, just one person saying I've had enough of this and leaving.

It's funny when people try to read stuff into the question. I was reading an article about it and I'm just curious if it happened to anyone. It has not happened to me, but thanks for your concern.

I have been married for 12 years and at one point went to my husband and was ready to file for divorce because of lack of sex, and when we did make love it was not what I would consider satisfying. We instead decided to seperate and were seperated for 6 months. It actually really helped our marriage in the sense that we got to realize what we meant to one another and that the grass is not always greener. Today the sex life is great!

I used to be mad all the time that I wouldn't get sex maybe 1-2 a month. I hated myself and life. I tried talking to my wife about it but she just gets mad and says stuff like why am i always needing sex. But she doesn't like the answer "well if i got sex, i wouldn't need sex, duh!" Now i get it every blue moon ( that will teach me). I just don't think it's fair that if i want sex it's probably not going to happen, but if she wants sex, IT'S GUARANTEED!
But if your asking if that a good reason to divorce it's not. But not being happy with your partner is. See, I come to the fact that my wife can go the rest of her life and never have sex again. So when she does "hook me up" i feel privileged. But that's just cause i Love the damn woman so much, i don't see my life without her. Because having sex is not guaranteed, but growing old with her is.
So if your not happy try to work it out. If all fails divorce her and never marry again. Something about a women who gets married, for some reason they think that sex is not required any more.

I got divorced because of feeling sick each time I saw my ex naked :)I know a male friend who got divorced because she refused to have sex. Also, I know a guy who got divorced because she couldn't reach the O, or the Big O. Helloooo? I dont get this one. I really dont. I dont regret my desicion, because, of course that was not the only reason. But if anyone knows how to help the girl reach the O, you are most welcome to help :)

Yes, I got divorced because he wouldn't give it to me. He had no problem doing it to porn behind my back and told a bunch of lies about me to his family. I don't understand why couples can't talk about things. I left and I have been happier on my own. I can date who I want and I get it more now.

yep, grounds for divorce, but you do NOT need grounds anymore...just saying you want a divorce is grounds enough. IF you are unhappy in a relationship, the other is just as unhappy. Why are you torturing each other? Good luck

Lack of sex or desire for ones partner is usually a reflection of the stage in marriage your in. How many years have you been married? If there is no compatibility it is tough in this area.

Well all of our problems led up to not having sex. That was not the reason why.

I'm sure this happens all the time, its a symptom of a deeper problem i believe....Can be considered a prime passive aggressive trait....cant stand intimacy.
