Hedda Gabler or A Doll House is generally considered his best play, but I liked Peer Gynt and The Wild Duck. Peer Gynt is different from his other plays- part supernatural fantasy and fairytale- breaks with reality... It's quite interesting, and funny!

The Doll's House

My favorite is "When We Dead Awaken," and my second-favorite is "The Master Builder."

Hedda Gabler is an amazing character, and "A Doll's House" is a very well-constructed play, but overall their thematic simplicity leaves me a little cold. The first two plays that I mentioned are much more ambiguous, but much richer.

"An Enemy of the People" resonates very well in today's society.
