The ozone layer is the result of an equilibrium between the creation and destruction of ozone by UV light (UV creates ozone by ionizing free oxygen atoms which then combine with oxygen molecules to create ozone). Cosmic rays have been studied since the 1930s and we have no reason to believe that cosmic rays have not always existed. So if cosmic rays destroyed ozone at a significant level, then there would be no ozone layer (or at least a layer significantly smaller than the UV-only interaction picture would predict). More specifically, cosmic rays are made up of high energy particles and photons, which only react well with free electrons and dense material with high atomic numbers (note that high-Z atoms have a lot of electrons which are effectively "free" given the high energy of the cosmic rays). So in order for cosmic rays to have been significant in the creation of ozone holes, the flux of cosmic rays would have had to have increased by orders of magnitude, which has not occurred.

The ozone layer that protects us from radiation,very impotent.It happens due to a potential caused by the bata particles are attracted to the north pole and the alpha particles are attracted to the south pole.This places a huge charge on the high atmosphere,the north pole is negative and the south pole is positive. There is a unique event that happens is that Nitrogen that is bombarded by alpha particles will trans-mutate to O2 . This is what creates the Vanallen Belt .Be careful the ozone up there is O2 and down here the ozone that is a result of auto emissions is NO2. not the same.

OK the ozone layer is influenced by two equal powers both of them is opposite to the other one of them is earthly gravity and the second is the force of flow as the two forces r equal the ozone don't move

Gravity, Air has weight too. Ozone layer is just the topmost of our planet. It is where the first layer of air is present.

2 things;
Gravity pulls heavy things down harder than light things,
ie water = heavy, ozone = light
Also it is made near the edge of space, when a UV ray hits an O2 particle it changes it to an O3 particle ... Ozone.
Point is its made up there

Ozone does not float where it is. Ozone is created where it is. The UV light from the Sun creates Ozone, which is constantly recombining into O2.

there is no ozone layer. ozone exists at every level of the atmosphere. it is simply a bit thicker at a certain elevation, so whackos call it a layer.
