Ballet flats and Chuck Taylors would probably look cool with leggings. You can find alot of really cute, but cheaply priced ballet flats at stores like Target, Kohls, and Payless. Or for a little more dough, you can get a pair of Chuck Taylor's. Most of the time they sell for $40.00+, but sometimes I see them on sale for $20.00 or $30.00.

I was reading INSTYLE, and they have a whole article about leggings and footless tights! It says to pair them with chic high heels, or ballet flats depending on what you are wearing on top.
Depending on your budget, you could buy shoes from Nordstrom/Macy's or other department stores, or somewhere a lot lower budget like Target. Those link to ones from target that are very inexpensive and still give you a classic feminine look. Good Luck!

http://www.limitedtoo.com type in "shoes" on the bar at the top and all kinds of adorable shoes come up! They look terrific with leggings, I have a pair similar to them.

well....flip flops is my answer! there cute with anything, and with leggings, they don't go down all the way so some shoes would just look strange. but flip flops won't!

flats or ballet flats.....but get a color that will go with the leggins and skirt......flats r sold in a lot of places......they r cheap 2.
