The difference is in the amount of alcohol used to dilute the product. Eau de toilette or toilet water is a stronger concentration of fragrance than aftershave, which has a higher alcohol content. Perfume is the strongest fragrance, with a much lesser amount of alcohol than cologne or aftershave. So the most lasting scent would be from perfume. But to answer your question specifically, the eau de toilette would last longer than the aftershave.
