1) Lack of career growth. You will not be promoted and/or you are not learning anything new.

2) You dislike your boss or co-workers. You cannot stand to talk to them or work with them professionally.

3) The benefits are bad or you will not get a pay raise

Many times it is a matter of just having a short term
job and other schooling that needs to be a better focus.
So you'd leave a job for bettering yourself educationally.
Also when you fill that your job has no advancement
or you don't feel challenged anymore. Money could be
a factor many people leave a job for higher earnings.
It really depends on your goal. Where do you see
yourself say in 5 years? Build your future.

When you no longer want to get up in the a.m., and you hate going back on Mondays. And oh yes-there is the inevitable clock watching on the job.
