Call your gynecologist. Women do periodically have missed periods or interruptions in their menstrual cycle (so don't panic!), but it could be something more serious. Better safe than sorry; call and ask the doctor!

sometimes you just can skip a period without anything actually being wrong. Any other symptoms? Have you ever had this happen before? If you just started having cycles recently then sometimes it takes a while to get real regular. I would defiantly let a doc. know if you dont have one by the next time you are due for it.You could still be preg. also. Problems with the pill(if you are on it) and other uterine issues could also be a factor. Wouldnt worry yet unless you develop other problems.

Your period could be delayed because of stress or travel. I've missed mine for months in conjunction with these reasons. However, my last cycle was 88 days long - and I'm not pregnant - I've got to see my doctor; in my case, I think it's thyroid related. The thyroid processes hormones, and if it's screwed up, your cycle will be, too. Have your doc check your thyroid.

You're most likely pregnant, but if you are in the older population you may be experiencing menopause. Sometimes pregnancy tests don't come back positive for a while.

I agree with Tracie
You should see your doctor.
It is unlikely that your are pregnant if you have taken two pregnancy tests (did you do one of them recently?) but it is still a possibility.
Other possibilities are:
-ovarian cyst
-other hormonal imbalance
-poor nutrition (?anorexia)
-stress

You should see your doctor. Have a blood pregnancy test done. If it's not that (and not menopause) then your dr can check into it further.
