Take it back, that's condensation and it should not do that (if it is water proof). You have a faulty watch, take it back and get a replacement... pronto.

condensation is no fun. If it's a cheap watch try to dry it out, by letting it sit, good luck with that, or openeing it up and drying it. This will probably destroy the gaskets though on a cheaper watch and make it no longer water resistent. If this is a higher end watch take it to a jeweler with a watch repair shop. They can take it apart, dry it out, make sure everything is still working ok, use new gaskets to seal it back up, and pressure test the watch to make sure it really is sealed up right or if it's a more serious issue.
Very few watchs are actually water proof. Even high end dive watches have their limits. There really is no set standard for calling a watch water proof. They way they rate watches is to put them in a pressure chamber, so even watches that are rated at 50m are only good for getting briefly wet, like in a shower, and really won't keep out water while swimming. The reason is because the tests don't take into account added force from moving water or arm motion. If you truely want to get a watch you can swim with look for one rated in the 150-200m range.

It's not waterproof for sure! It can get the moisture from air if you were in a humid place and when the watch gets cold, the moisture condenses back. Keep it under light sunshine for several hours. It'll do the job.

Oh no condensation. You probably want to bring that to a watch repair shop to see if they can do anything ASAP. Is it digital or analog? Perhaps there was a faulty seel or something maybe call the company and see if there are any other reports of this problem in other models of the same watch.
