You should learn morals. You are not a very good friend, and the gal you are "banging" deserves you for making a fool out of her boyfriend and you are no friend at all. GROW UP

Obviously this is upsetting you. To release the guilt, you have to release her. You have to try hard not to swap anything else again with this person if you care about yourself and friend.
