How can I set up bluetooth on my PC so that it is always on?

Whenever I want to send data from my phone to my PC I have to select 'receive a file' from the bluetooth menu in the system tray to make the PC discoverable. This is just annoying - I want it to be discoverable at all times.

I've already got 'turn discovery on' checked in the bluetooth settings, but it doesn't seem to help....

It's a Belkin bluetooth dongle, if that helps.

Well ur computer can't be powered by BlueTooth. The only way to get the computer working on bluetooth is by buying the wireless bluetooth USB receiver for ur computer in any computer hardware store.
