I need a site that is up to date, somewhat of a seismological authority, global, graphical (has charts, maps, etc) covers both land and sea activity, quake and volcano.

Basically, I'm doing a small report on Pacific Rim Plate activity over the last few years, and the more chartable, mappable data I have, the better.

Thanks.

rscanner is right. I've been obsessed with earthquakes since I was a kid and the best site that I've ever seen is the United States Geological Survey's website at www.usgs.gov it's very informative and alerts you about even the smallest tremors. You can even set it up so that the USGS will e-mail you to notify you of events that meet certain criteria you specify like time, size, and location.
