Oh God, absolutely! Specially when you are on the verge of flipping out!
It's anything but easy to switch to positive attitude when you feel that you wanna kill somebody...but you know what...when I do it , I feel waaay better. It also makes you makes you mummy and daddy's favorite and everyone's sweet heart :). So yea, like you said ... it definitely makes you a better person!

I disagree. I don't think an attitude of any kind makes you a better or worse person...per se. Actions make you a better person, not attitude.

I think it does but some days are too crappy to have one. I always figure there's always someone out there who's worse off though. It's all about the positive, the more you think about it the better it gets. My day is improving already just thinking about it.
