Is the vibration more on the steering wheel ? This would indicate a tire problem in the front (balancing,belt separation,feathering)
If the vibration is on the seat then look at the suspension or the rear tires..

You may have a drive-shaft that has balance weights that came off. My Mustang had the balance weights come off and I got the same kind of vibration at the same speeds.
Take it into the shop and ask them to take a look at it. They may have to send the shaft off to a speedshop.

Have the tires rotated and balanced. Get the alignment checked, too.

Probably need to have the front wheels balanced. Or check for uneven wear on your tires.

belt broke in one of the tires or out of balance. Check to see if you can pull the tires side to side if you can than its ball joints , wheel bearing or alignment

Have your tires balanced. If that don't work then try an alignment. Usually this is the tires though.

Could be several things.
The most likely is that you need to have your tires balanced.
A front end alignment might help as well.
You could also have a U joint going bad.
