Why is this even a question? So what they dominated the Red Sox, look how many teams the Royals have been dominated. Have you not noticed the Red Sox are playing like crap right now. For this to be a question the Royals would need to be in contention for a playoff spot and they are not. Although if they where in the National League I have a feeling they would make a run for the Wild Card.

Well, the Red Sox are not playing like a playoff team right now. The Royals may be improving, but their season record is horrible. I'd say very small chance the Royals could win a series against any of the probable AL teams that will be in the playoffs this year.

They are beating the Athletics right now, but they have to play .500 ball just to avoid losing 100 games and they won't do it. So, no. they would not win a round.

ok last season they had 105 losses but if they possibly did make it this year (even though they are 35+ games back behind St. Louis) just add another lose cuz they would lose big time
