To really make a name for ourselves...I'm in a business where there is a lot of competition and I want to be known not only for the products we install, but for our service as well.

Open up self storage sheds and rent them out,passive income is great.When the renters do not pay then you can lock them out of the units and auction off the property in leau of back rent.Or keep the property and sell at a flea market where you will rent some space.

Hi! I would have loved to have opened up a Resale Shop for children's clothing. Children grow out of their clothes so quickly, and I had some really cute outfits that they new even got to wear! If I had the cash, that's what I would do.
