what do u do for a living? i know in some cases it can be a sign of "carpal tunnel" its most common in people that use their wrists a lot in their work like housekeepers etc, but its also the norm if u sleep on ur arm every night , go check out some more on carpel tunnel at the address below

Maybe you are just sleeping on it weird or maybe it is something more serious like a blood clot. You should probably go see a doctor ASAP just to be safe.

might be a pinched nerve if it keeps up go see an orthopedic doctor they will run some tests to find out!!!
