i play for a small team which will never be watched by a scout for teams. is there any way i can personally force the issue and ask for trials to show of my talents. ?

move to a bigger club, or write to a club and ask 4 a trial. I did the second one and i am now in the man united academy

When you say small team, how small? What age group?
I am assuming you are an adult. Dream big. Force the issue. Get yourself out there. Why not.
Also, how good are you? I mean really? Make sure you get yourself to where you need to be, and then beyond. Eat right train and do every drill possible.

i dont know how old you are but you can contact colleges or higher placed teams and ask to tryout
