There are loads.
Aloe Vera juice (bit pricey)
Any therapy that reduces stress
Reflexology - you can self treat on the hands
Chiropractor - sometimes IBS is a result of a pinced nerve in the spine
Anit-candida diet
Probiotics - capsules and drinks containing stomach friendly bacteria
Go see a herbalist
I have an information sheet somewhere I can scan in and send, but it's a big file and these are the best suggestions

My fiancee has suffered with abdominal pain and bloating and was diagnosed by her GP with IBS. She was prescribed various medications and cut out various foods which helped a little but nothing seemed to make much difference. For the last few months she has been using an Aloe Vera supplement and has seen a huge improvement in both her symptoms and general well being since she is feeling so much healthier and happier. I can definitely recommend you give it a go.

The product we used is the aloe vera drink from here: http://myflpbiz.com/esuite/home/foreverliving-lindseysealeaf/Products.html

aloe vera juice is supposed to be good - a friend with mine drank a shot of it every day and said it really helped. Ginger extract and peppermint should help too. I find probiotic drinks like muller vitality help too.

Try to cut down on caffeine as this irritates it.

Or you could go into a health food shop and ask.

And good luck, I know its extremely painful and irritating!

My wife had it. It is a general catch all for docs to say they don't knwo what in the world is wrong. She had serious problems related to hormones. She went to a Chiropracter and found a great amount of relief when her bones were all aligned. The oils is not a bad idea.

Try meditation and working on calming yourself. This should calm your problem. If you handle external problems in a calm, positive way, you will handle internal problems in a calm positive way. So change your way and heal yourself.

Some specific things you could do are, learn to live without hating anyone, learn to find a positive way to respond to any problem and work things out with people in your life that you have problems with. All of these will result in healing, of this problem and others as well.

Usually it is caused due to excessive heat - if so try cooling your stomach by intaking foods that cool your stomach like watermelon , Milk helps reduce acid (thts one cause) , Basil seeds are the best , soaked in hot water for a while they blow up & then you can drink up with any juice.

Also cause due to stress & nervousness- I would say take it easy & lay off fried or caffine food

Eat a balance diet, cut out most of any junk food, and eat plenty of fruit. This is not a cure but it could help.Try it, what have you got to lose.
