I dont have much fancy machines, but i have a Latismus pull down, pulleys/cords and dumbells

All great answers. I prefer the pull ups, not the under handed chin ups (those are for biceps). The pull ups are great for building size. The bent rows are great as well, do them often. The lat machine is one of the best, builds size too but gives shape and definition more. Try using them all at different times so you want get bored with one work routine. Sometimes change is good.

Dumbell lateral raises. Take a 10 pound weight to start, bend at the waist at about 45 degrees and extend the weights up in an arc. You should feel your shoulder blades squeeze together at the top of the motion.

incline dumbell press and the power clien builds total upper body mass.

pull ups i use to have huge shoulder blades but it would hurt to look to the left or right

lifting weights over head also chin ups i also have foot prop close to chin up bar for kinda reverse push ups although can be dangerous if feet propped & loose grip
