Only when there is a crisis in the gene pool. Then they discuss who has to change gender and what gender etc. Then they get a bit heated about it, and get into horny fights, but usually it works out.
Why can't we all follow their example?

Not particularly talk but all animals generally communicate.Snails have another way of communication just as if an ant or whatever.Most animals communicate by the scents they let off.Although,humans cannot notice most scents to each type of particular animal or insect other insects and animals take notice of it.However,Most animals can sense and smell scents that humans give off.It is just a way of communcation there are other ways animals communcate scents just happen to be one.

they do comunicate just not talking
they thought eac other with there antia and rise up on the back part of there foot to mate but there is not realy any taking tho they do queek if they are scared

That's a good question. They'd have to have some sort of communication...not sure if it would qualify as a language though.
