Everytime i take my child somewhere so many people are mispelling the name.....it is JAYLEN HOW DO YOU THINK IT IS PRONUNCED? EXAMPLE......SARA=SE RUH....

Even though it is spelt JaylEn, I'd be inclined to pronounce it JaylYn. But the bottom line is it's your name, you can pronounce it however you choose. If people's mispronunciation of it bothers you, tell them about it, elsewise forget about it and move on.

You must understand that you chose an unusual name for your child, a name some people aren't used to. You shouldn't be surprised that some people mispronounce it. It's not a name like Sara, in spite of what you've said.
