How do I add my avatar picture to show when I answer or ask a question?

1- Goto My Q&A
2- Click on Edit My Info
3- in the picture section, select "Use my Yahoo! Avatar"

Click on your name next to your picture and it'll bring up My Q&A.

Right below where it says "About" should be a link for Edit My Info

Click that link and on the next page where it says Picture click on Edit My Yahoo Avatar.

Use the avatar wizard from there.

Go to the link below and set up and avatar. Once you create your avatar it will automatically show up.

go to the Yahoo section and tap Avatars it should have a place where you check if you want it to show!
