Depends for which qualities. For entertainment Nikki, for courage Ash, for compassion and genuine loveliness is pete and for humour Glyn.

glyn is the best, cos, he is learning to survive from the first week, he was the under dog, remember when he was facing eviction in the first week, he learn to make public like him, when there are so many nasty attention seekers in the house, he keep it real and cool, graduatly get public's notice. he dont offence anyone, he dont make any false statement on anyone in da house.
pete is funny in the first week, he is copying kim carey, he should get sued by mr kim carey. he has nothing to offer since the second week, he is dull and playin with the camora. also, he played so many women in da house. lisa, nikki, lea, and jany. she is sick loser in real life, when he want confess to niki i love u, he say:miao... wankers, i wankers love maio... u, nikki. what kind of man would do that, u can only see this kind of person in movies.
nikki is funny when u first see her, but after a while, u find her so anoying, not fully grow up goth charactor child, nearly sorry for her. should blame her parents, she is not queen, she is nauty girl always breaking rules. in real life, this kind of girl is loser, and very useless.
