I didn't start gettin pms until 3 months ago, 2 days before my period I get irritated at everything, and then I'm sensitive to everything. Like, seriously, I was at work 2 weeks ago and I started crying cuz Margaritavillestarted playing on the radio. It's a girl thing, we're crazy, but I've been having my period for nine years and all of a sudden I'm gettin pms, it's weird, but it happens!

It's PMS. I only got the physical symptoms before I gave birth (ie cramps, bloating)... now... it's become full blown "Punish My Spouse" with the whining, the crying, and the self-loathing.

'Tis a fact of life. I've heard St. John's Wart helps, though.

That, and peppermint, chamomile, and vanilla potpourri/bath oils. When you PMS... go pamper yourself, if possible. It'll help some.

I am not going to ask how old you are, but, if you are a young teen, then you are going through the troubles of horomones. IT sucks, I know. And if you have never had your period before, then, yes, this could be an indication that you are about to start.

Amybe it's PMS. Depends on where you are at your cycle. Take it easy and take good care of yourself. It will pass once you start your period.

You definately might be PMSing. Take care of yourself well during this time, and, most importantly, don't make any important decisions while PMSing, ever.
