My Dr. just put me on Celexa. Supposedly, it takes 6-8 weeks for it to get into my system. We'll see if it works or not. He said that I needed to reduce stress! If I could win the lottery that would help! I have a husband and 5 kids, how do you reduce stress? Good question!

Sometimes stress can't be avoided so when it does occur take a couple of "calms". They are manufactured by Hyland brand and it is called Calms. You can purchase them at Wal-mart. They are very inexpensive and very safe. They just get you to relax a little so you don't feel like blowing up. Great for PMS too!

look dear take any pillow and start hitting it and do what you want to do then sit in any place in the room and see what did the stress in 1st place and you will feel better this is the way how i deal with it

Write lists of things you need to do and scratch them off one by one. Much more effective than it sounds.

Combine that with the occasional use of good ganja and you will be a more relaxed person. As effective as it sounds.
