Sorry, but we will need a little more information in order to answer. Your question is kind of like asking "If I'm wearing a red shirt....what did I eat today?" - it really doesn't make a lot of sense since we don't know all the details. You see? If your question was actually " What is the TIME when the crossver from AM to PM occurs", then we could probably say 12:00. I don't know about temperature, but I know that when predicting weather, generally during daylight hours are given using a 'high of', whereas during the evening/night they are given as 'low of'. However during extreme weather, depending on which way the temperature is going, that will be the measurement used.
